Can you believe this boy's Mama? Yes, she paid me to embarr-ass her sweet son! But, isn't he cute? I could just pinch those cheeks... the outfit is one that his dad actually wore... you know 30+ years ago...

I can't believe in a few weeks I'll photograph his 3 year old birthday party! His sweet Mama was one of my 1st clients - where does the time go?

I ran into this cute little boy & his Mama the other day at the grocery store & not only is he just as cute - but now he talks up a storm! I have had the best time photographing this precious boy!

*One of my favorite pictures from this session is the one where you see his Mom's hand reaching out to his sweet head. It gives me the sense of a mother's fierce protectiveness.

Guess who's coming?

I've had the pleasure of photographing Miss Savannah since before she was born! Now I will get to say the same about her sister!! Coming in December! Can't wait! Congratulations Jessica, Jason & Savannah!!

My kind of shoot!

This was my kind of shoot! Killing two birds with one stone! First, I get to take pictures of these two gorgeous girls and then I get to hang out with their incredibily awesome Aunt - who also happens to be one of my dearest, if not best, friends!!

One more good lookin' fellow!

Here's another one of my favorite boys! I've also been photographing him since he was a belly bump! This little boy is as cute as he can be! And best of all...his Mom will do just about anything for a good picture! Hence, the toddler holding Christmas lights, but don't fret...we took them away before they got too hot! Just kidding...

Handsome!

I love this little boy! He is one of the most handsome kids I've ever seen! I've been photographing him since he was in his Mommy's belly... and I have loved every minute of it too! Word on the street is that this family is bringing me some more business...

Party Time!

It's hard to believe that this 1st little guy was celebrating his 1st birthday! What a great year! And what a great idea his Mom had...killing 2 birds with one stone or should I say 2 birthday's with 1 party! Smart move!

The hardest part of keeping this blog is writing these witty blurbs...alright, for those of you don't know me personally, I like to think of myself as witty... anyway back to the difficult part of this blog... it's hard to write this stuff! I want to be creative, unique & of course witty with each post I write, but each time I feel as if I'm just repeating myself "precious kids", "wonderful client", "beautiful baby", "great parents", not sounding genuine or sincere... but the truth of the matter is this...I feel that way about all my clients! I honestly think they are all beautiful, have great parents, and have been wonderful clients! These three children were no different! As has happened in the past - I feel like I walked away from their session with two new friends in their parents!



**also, this little boy has one of the coolest names I've heard!

Carmen's boys...

I had a great time photographing this family! There was a ummmm....maybe 5 year old and twin one year olds. It didn't dawn on me until the middle of shooting the twins, dressed identically, that I would have big problems identifying which one was which when I got home to edit their images... and I did...

Hard to believe!

It's hard for me to believe that this time last year this boy was a newborn, one of my first babies! Look how cute he is now!

Brothers

This Mom knew to strike the iron while it was still hot! She contacted me right after her 2nd son was born and we were taking pictures within 10 days! Aren't they precious? I had a hard time picking a favorite! She also ordered birth announcements from me - which I am now offering!
