While she didn't arrive to our world exactly as planned...what matters is that she is HERE! Welcome Baby Brantley!!
I love watching new parents watch their new baby - I can remember when my son was born, all my husband & I did for the first three months of his life was sit there and stare at him in amazement!
I'm pretty sure I've told you how much I LOVE doing birth photography! Truly, I do love it! I think it's such a gift for yourself, your partner and eventually that precious bundle of joy!!
I have to admit...this birth was just a little bit more special for me than the other births I've photographed...for many reasons! For starters, this was the birth of Parker, my newest nephew, a momentous occasion for our family! It also meant so much to be there with my sister as she completed this amazing feat! What an awesome experience to be with her and the roomful of other women who were there solely to support Jamie & Ben during this special time! Here's a little slide show from this wonderful event!
Contact me if you are interested in having your birth photographed - you will be so glad that you did!! For more information go to... www.atlantabirthphotography.blogspot.com
I can't even begin to tell you how honored I am when asked to photograph a birth - it is the most amazing experience! I have had the privilege to photograph three births this year and can honestly say all three births were completely different but yet completely unbelievable! I actually had my daughter's birth photographed and cannot say enough positive things about the experience and truly hope that the three mother's I've photographed would say the same thing! The images that were captured can never be replaced!Let me know if you'd like for me to photograph your baby's grand entrance into this world - it would be my pleasure!!
Without further ado I would like to introduce you to Ty!
I can't think of a better way to end 2009 than photographing this precious baby's birth! While I didn't technically photograph her "birth" because she was delivered by cesarean, I did get to document the anticipation of her arrival, her 1st moments on earth & the excitement of her new brothers & sister. This sweet baby was a big girl - you'll see exactly why she was delivered via a c-section!
One of my favorite parts of this whole day is that her parents and family waited to find out if they were having a boy or a girl. The game plan was for her Dad to bring her out wearing the appropriate hat color so that her sister & brothers would know immediate...Girl or Boy...
I want to thank Kendra & Jay for giving me this fabulous opportunity & I can not wait to document the 1st year of your sweet baby's life! Welcome Tucker!!
