Jessica & James

I really had a great time at this wedding last fall - I'm sorry for just now blogging about this fun, fun wedding - I have a lot of catching up to do!

Jessica & James were great to photograph - they did everything perfectly! Both were super calm & collected and did not let any wedding woes worry them! I loved watching James watching Jessica throughout the day.

I love that this couple was up for anything...including climbing into the Varsity truck & serving their guests greasy (but yummy) hamburgers & hotdogs!

Here is another image I am crazy about! I love how he has his arm draped around his girl. One day this will be Jessica & James at a wedding, watching the bridal party dancing however they'll dance in the future.

James is a big outdoor enthusiast and at the beginning of the day he told me that there was going to be a full moon & he wanted to be sure and make some images with the moon. I can't tell you how worried I was about making photos in the complete dark with no flash...well, my 5D came through and gave us these fabulous images!

Thanks Jessica & James for letting me document your beautiful wedding!

Mothers

I love this image for several reasons... but mostly because as a Mama - it breaks my heart - 2 moms watching their babies grow up before their very eyes in a 10 minute video that is suppose to give you the crux of the newly married couple's lives. If only that was true...

BANG! ~ ATLANTA BIRTH PHOTOGRAPHER ~

I can't think of a better way to end 2009 than photographing this precious baby's birth! While I didn't technically photograph her "birth" because she was delivered by cesarean, I did get to document the anticipation of her arrival, her 1st moments on earth & the excitement of her new brothers & sister. This sweet baby was a big girl - you'll see exactly why she was delivered via a c-section!

One of my favorite parts of this whole day is that her parents and family waited to find out if they were having a boy or a girl. The game plan was for her Dad to bring her out wearing the appropriate hat color so that her sister & brothers would know immediate...Girl or Boy...

I want to thank Kendra & Jay for giving me this fabulous opportunity & I can not wait to document the 1st year of your sweet baby's life! Welcome Tucker!!
